Die 34-jaehrige EDV-Fachfrau aus Zuerich fuehrt seit gut einem Jahr einen der meistgelesenen Schweizer Weblogs. Ihr Blog (unefilledu.twoday.net) ‘une jeune fille du limmatquai’ zaehlt bis zu 200 Besucher pro Tag.
tages-anzeiger is discovering weblogs, but hasn’t done its homework. 200 visitors a day is hardly “one of the most read” in switzerland. bitflux has ~1200 a day, and this little blog has ~700.

2007-01-05: Music Star uses KAYWA.
Tomorrow, the third edition of Musicstar (aka American Idol, Superstar) will start on Swiss National Television. Kaywa provides the blogs for the candidates.
What’s special is that the candidates can moblog their videos right from their mobile phone and everyone can then see their flash-movies some seconds later

The purpose of feeds.scripting.com is to gather a community of subscription lists, in OPML format, and aggregate them in interesting ways.
from my observations of dave over the years, he is happiest when he does what he is best at, quickly iterating fresh ideas with working code. the subscription sharing site is neat, and piques my curiosity. well done.
the meeting was more interesting than usual, maybe the webcast helped? i ran into sam klein and shimon rura at the dinner. shimon is working on some innovative blog post categorization aggregator. it is not ready for prime time yet, but you’ll find it if you are dedicated 🙂
i upgraded my rss 2.0 feed to show full content, based on mark’s template. let’s hope this is a useful service and does not cause hissy fits anywhere.

who invited chris pirillo to keynote at apachecon? the first 21 minutes, he talked about himself, and finally reached his premise after 37 minutes even though it was immediately apparent. give me a break.

heh, i should have worded this more carefully, and not blog immediately.. i very much agreed with the premise of the talk, it is the delivery (given the techie audience) that made me unhappy. no hard feelings, chris. coffee sounds good.
